Minced steak sauteed with fresh vegetables seasoned with a little chilli, tabasco and tomato finished with mixed beans. This is an ideal dish to serve with flour tortillas or basmati rice. (Not provided)

 

Sausage Hotpot- £ 7.50 per person
Local pork sausagemeat formed into meatballs, braised with tomatoes and vegetables


Stoved Chicken- £ 7.75 per person
Chunks of free range chicken braised with thyme, bacon, sliced potatoes, leeks and carrots


Green Thai Chicken Curry- £ 8.00 per person
Free range chicken chunks sauteed with green chillies, lemon grass, coriander and ginger. Simmered in stock and coconut milk, this dish oozes an explosion of Thai flavours and is perfect to serve with basmati rice (Not provided)


Moroccan Chicken- £7.75 per person
Free range chicken breast marinated with Moroccan spices. All slowly cooked with wine, tomatoes and chickpeas. Finished with chopped parsley and coriander. Suitable for serving with cous-cous (Not provided)    


Beef and Ale Casserole with Horseradish Dumplings- £ 8.00 per person
Braising beef slowly cooked with root vegetables, old ale and seasonings topped with fluffy dumplings.


Seasonal Lamb and Herb Casserole- £ 8.00 per person
Chunks of lamb sauteed with seasonal vegetables and slowly braised in white wine. Finished with fresh garden herbs.


Lamb Tagine- £ 8.00 per person
Tender chunks of lamb slowly braised with spices, tomatoes, dates and apricots. Suitable for serving with cous-cous. (Not provided)


Spiced Bean and Vegetable Casserole- £ 7.50 per person 
Seasonal vegetables flavoured with paprika and chilli, slowly braised in vegetable stock and passata with haricot and cannellini beans. Serve with some crusty bread (Not provided)


Tomato and Spinach Curry- £7.50 per person
A medium strength curry blending tomatoes, spinach, broccoli, red lentils and chickpeas. Flavoured with coconut cream and finished with toasted sesame seeds and cashew nuts. Can be served with brown rice (Not provided)
